Large Yorkshire hotel developer is planning to build a new hotel and invest over 100 million pounds into it.
Hotel will have 5 stars, 300 rooms, heliports, spa, bars and restaurant modern conference facilities.
The building works will start this year and the hotel is planned for completion some time before the Olympics.
Rooms will be sold to investors at the prices starting from 90k, and the return on those might reach 7.5% a year.
